Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Influint CreatorSnapshot Tool and Creator Studio ("the Tool"). You accept these terms by clicking "Agree and continue" in the Creator Studio, and also by signing in to the Tool or connecting your social media accounts through it. The Tool is operated by Influint for the exclusive use of creators on the Influint managed roster.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Tool is restricted to creators who have an active management agreement with Influint. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Account Connection

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize Influint to:

• Access your account analytics and audience demographic data
• Store your OAuth access tokens securely
• Refresh your data on a nightly schedule
• Use your data to generate pitch materials for brand partnerships

4. Brand Partnership Data

Influint records information about brand partnerships it arranges or manages for you, including deal terms, deal values, rates, payment status, and related documents ("Partnership Data"). The Tool shows you your own Partnership Data in your business dashboard.

By accepting these terms, you grant Influint the right to use Partnership Data in de-identified form to build market-rate benchmarks and pricing insights (for example, typical CPM ranges by content category, or the rates a particular brand has paid across creators) shown in Influint products. Before Partnership Data is used this way, we remove everything that could identify you: your name, your channel and account names, and any deal-specific detail that could be traced back to you. Rate and value figures are only shown when the underlying deals span multiple creators, so no figure can be tied to any individual creator.

You may ask us to exclude your Partnership Data from future aggregated insights at any time by emailing privacy@influint.co.

5. Data Usage

Your data is used solely for the purposes described in these terms and in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to connect
• Maintain the security of any credentials you use
• Notify Influint immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

7. Termination

You may disconnect your accounts at any time through your social media account settings. Influint may revoke access for creators who are no longer on the managed roster.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Influint is not liable for any interruption of service or data inaccuracies.

9. Changes to Terms

Influint may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will present the updated terms in the Creator Studio and ask you to accept them before you continue using the Tool. The current version is always available at this page, and the date above reflects the latest revision.
