Influint CreatorSnapshot Tool is an internal platform used by Influint to manage creator partnerships and generate branded pitch materials for brand clients. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the data of creators who connect their social media accounts through this tool.

2. What Data We Collect

When you connect your accounts, we may collect the following data:

• YouTube channel analytics — views, subscribers, engagement rate, average and median video views
• Audience demographics — age distribution, gender breakdown, and top countries of your audience
• Social platform metrics — follower counts and engagement rates from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch
• Creator profile information — name, content category, channel handle, and location

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate creator media kits and pitch materials for brand partnership opportunities
• To match creators with relevant brand campaigns based on audience fit
• To provide brand partners with approved, aggregated audience insights
• To track performance trends and inform partnership recommendations

Your data is never sold to third parties. We only share data with brand partners in the context of active or prospective partnership discussions, and only with your knowledge as part of the Influint talent roster.

4. Who Has Access

• Influint team members — your talent manager and activations team can view your full profile and analytics
• Brand partners — receive only approved, curated data through snapshot materials or roster pages
• No public access — the CreatorSnapshot Tool requires authentication and is not publicly accessible

5. Data Storage & Security

• Creator data is stored securely in Airtable with access restricted to authorized Influint team members
• OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to fetch analytics data on your behalf
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
• Authentication is handled through Google OAuth with an email-based allowlist

6. Data Refresh

Analytics data is refreshed automatically on a nightly schedule to ensure creator profiles reflect current performance. Historical data is not retained beyond the most recent sync.

7. Your Rights

As a creator on the Influint roster, you have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Disconnect your accounts at any time, which will stop future data collection
• Request deletion of your data from our systems

8. OAuth Permissions

When you connect your YouTube account, we request the following permissions:

• youtube.readonly — to read your channel information and video metadata
• yt-analytics.readonly — to read audience demographics and performance analytics

We do not request write access to any of your accounts. We cannot post, modify, or delete any content on your behalf.
