Influint CreatorSnapshot — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Influint CreatorSnapshot is the platform Influint uses to manage creator partnerships, generate pitch materials for brand clients, and provide creators on the Influint roster with a Creator Studio: a private dashboard for their business data and content workflow. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal data of creators who use this platform, and the rights available to you.

Creators access the platform in the course of their business, not as consumers. This policy nonetheless applies our full data protection obligations to the personal data of the individuals behind those businesses.

2. Data Controller

Influint LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@influint.co or at 155 Old Stone Hill Road, Pound Ridge, NY 10576, United States.

3. What Data We Collect

When you connect your accounts and work with Influint, we may collect:

YouTube channel analytics: views, subscribers, engagement rate, average and median video views
Audience demographics: age distribution, gender breakdown, and top countries of your audience
Social platform metrics: follower counts and engagement rates from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch
Creator profile information: name, content category, channel handle, and location
Brand partnership data: deal terms, deal values, rates, payment status, and related documents for partnerships arranged or managed by Influint

4. How We Use Your Data and Our Lawful Basis

We process your personal data for the purposes below. For creators in the EU or UK, the applicable lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR is identified for each purpose.

Delivering the Creator Studio and managing your partnerships — generating your media kits and pitch materials, matching you with relevant brand campaigns, providing brand partners with approved audience insights, and powering your dashboard, performance views, and content tools. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Producing market-rate benchmarks — building de-identified benchmarks and pricing insights (such as typical CPM ranges by content category, or the rates a particular brand has paid across creators) shown in Influint products. Access to the platform is provided in exchange for contribution to these benchmarks, so this processing is part of, and necessary for, our contract with you. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)). These benchmarks never include your name, your channel, or anything that ties a figure to you, and rate figures are only shown when the underlying deals span multiple creators.
Securing the platform, preventing misuse, and improving our services. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and effective platform (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Meeting legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Your data is never sold to third parties. We only share identifiable data with brand partners in the context of active or prospective partnership discussions, and only with your knowledge as part of the Influint talent roster.

5. Benchmark Contribution

Contribution to our market-rate benchmarks is part of the arrangement under which we provide the platform at no monetary cost, as set out in our Terms of Service. You may ask us to stop using your partnership data in future benchmarks at any time by disabling benchmark contribution in your Creator Studio settings or by emailing privacy@influint.co; on request, your partnerships are excluded from benchmarks going forward, including from published benchmarks the next time they are generated. Because contribution is part of the service bargain, ceasing to contribute ends your access to the platform, as described in the Terms of Service. This is separate from your data protection rights in Section 9, which are not conditioned on continued access.

6. Who Has Access

You: creators see their own profile, analytics, and partnership data through the Creator Studio
Influint team members: your talent manager and activations team can view your full profile and analytics, on a need-to-know basis
Brand partners: receive only approved, curated data through snapshot materials or roster pages
Service providers: the vendors that host and support the platform (see Section 7) process data on our behalf under written data processing terms
No public access: the platform requires authentication and is not publicly accessible

7. Data Storage, Security, and International Transfers

Creator data is stored in Airtable and in our managed database, with access restricted to authorized Influint team members
OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to fetch analytics data on your behalf
All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
Authentication is handled through Google OAuth with an email-based allowlist

Our platform and certain service providers are located in the United States. Where we transfer personal data of EU or UK creators to the United States, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with any supplementary measures required. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards at privacy@influint.co.

8. Data Refresh and Retention

Analytics data is refreshed automatically on a nightly schedule so creator profiles reflect current performance. We retain personal data for as long as you remain on the Influint roster and thereafter until you request its deletion, except where a longer period is required for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons. Historical metrics are retained so the platform can show trends and long-term performance. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 9.

Data Deletion (Instagram)

To request deletion of data collected through our Instagram integration, you can:

Remove the Influint CreatorSnapshot app from your Instagram connected apps at https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/
Email privacy@influint.co with your Instagram username and we will delete your data within 30 days
Disconnect the app from your Instagram account settings, which will automatically delete your data

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
Restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances
Object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests
Data portability — receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent for a specific processing activity (this does not affect processing already carried out)
Disconnect your accounts at any time, which stops future data collection

To exercise any of these rights, contact your Influint talent manager or email privacy@influint.co. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

10. Automated Decision-Making

We use audience-fit signals to suggest which creators may suit a given brand campaign, but partnership decisions are reviewed and made by our team. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.

11. OAuth Permissions

When you connect your YouTube account, we request:

yt-analytics.readonly: to read audience demographics and performance analytics

We do not request write access to your YouTube account. We cannot post, modify, or delete any content on your behalf.

When you connect your Instagram account, we request:

instagram_business_basic: to read your Instagram Business or Creator account profile information, follower count, and basic media data
instagram_business_manage_insights: to read audience demographics, engagement metrics, and performance analytics for your Instagram account

We do not request write access to your Instagram account. We cannot post, modify, or delete any content on your behalf.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Where a change is material, we will notify you through the Creator Studio, by email, or by other reasonable means. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
